TRACKING AND DATA LOGGING

Whenever you use the MyFreeTracking.com service, MyFreeTracking.com records your information including every point during your trip, at your selected interval. The interval can be as frequent as every 5 seconds, and as infrequent as every 10 minutes. This is only done if you enable logging on the website. Logging is enabled by default on the website. Your speed and direction are also recorded. Any of these data may be deleted by you at any time you wish from the website. MyFreeTracking.com stores your track logs indefinitely, unless you delete them from the website. MyFreeTracking.com does not keep archival backups of your track logs, so if you delete them, they are permanently deleted.

GUEST PIN CODES

Any Guest PIN codes that you receive on your handset to allow others to view your location are temporary. You can remove Guest Tracking anytime you wish. MyFreeTracking.com does not share your Guest PIN codes with anyone.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

MyFreeTracking.com will comply with any subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes; and may use information it has to establish or exercise our legal rights, or to defend against legal claims.

COOKIES

The MyFreeTracking.com application that is downloaded to, and resides upon your phone or handheld retains your account information. Having your carrier change the assigned phone number for a handset or handheld does not change the account number MyFreeTracking.com saves on the mobile device. Changing the MyFreeTracking.com account information can be done by you both on the website and on the handset. No interaction with MyFreeTracking.com’s customer service is required.
